📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

  • You must contact us first at loularockincreations@gmail.com to initiate a return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Used, damaged, or altered items (unless damage occurred during shipping)

🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if an item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect due to an error on our part

To request an exchange, email loularockincreations@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

🚚 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
